Taking of cuttings For every type of soil and plant, the productivity in a conservatory depends upon many factors such as the hygrometry in the air, the soil, the temperature, the luminosity, the quality of the air, the carbon dioxide ratio, the nutritious elements,... DID Clim misting can regulate some of these factors such as hygrometry and the air temperature, the soil’s humidity, thus improving the plant’s productivity.
Certain plants lose a part of the water they retain through transpiration and others on the contrary, absorb water. They also consume carbon that they need for their growth through their leaves (in the form of carbon dioxide). By controlling the function of their pores with the help of an effective climate regulating system, the results are visible in terms of growth and quality. There is no better method to control these factors all year round than a well designed and well installed DID Clim misting system. The DID Clim system lets one disperse micro-droplets of water (average size of 5 microns) homogeneously and it helps regulate the surrounding weather conditions. Also, in summer, by merging DID Clim misting and a good ventilation system (see the reminder of thermodynamic principles) one can obtain a genuine cooling effect (independently of greenhouse whitening). In winter, DID Clim misting can effectively correct the air’s hygrometry and avoid wetting the floor. The hygrometry in the conservatory must be regulated precisely with the help of hygrometry sensors. DID Clim climatic management For ATP robots, DID Clim has developed complete algorithms that can take into account multiple parameters that have an impact on misting such as: hygrometry sensors, temperature sensors, light meters, motion sensors, activity machines,... They also integrate exterior components such as: EV of misting sections, pressure sensors, frequency regulators,...
Our “software” integrate the most developed functions (PID, asymptote,...). Moreover, they can be linked through a modem or a GPRS to a remote control unit. Most of these programs are available in standard with our assemblies. They can also be specifically designed for your needs. We also have a line of electromechanical controllers (HT1 Temp, HT1 Hum, HT2, MB,...). These programs have the advantage of being very simple to use and require very little “computer knowledge”. They have a design that has been tested these last decades mainly in the field of agriculture. The hygrometry and temperature settings are maintained through display regulators. |
